Riku Kärkkäinen has over 30 years of experience in strength training and gym equipment.
He is the founder, owner and CEO of FitVantaa Iron Paradise, widely recognized as one of the most significant and best-equipped gyms in Europe.

Over the years, Riku has invested more than €3.5 million in gym equipment, creating an environment where the best solutions from different eras meet modern technology and elite biomechanics designed specifically for bodybuilding.

Riku is considered one of Finland’s most respected equipment experts.
His knowledge spans from the development of machines in the 1980s to today’s most advanced innovations, including strength curves, movement paths and mechanical precision.

After more than three decades in the industry, Riku believed he had already seen everything equipment design could offer.
However, when he first tested NewTech machines three years ago, that perception changed instantly.
